After showing us a Superconsecutive puzzle not too long ago, Bill may be out of consecutive energy because there are no consecutive numbers in any adjacent cells in this puzzle.

Theme: Thinking Inside and Outside of the Box

Author/Opus: This is the 113rd puzzle from Bill Murphy, part of the Genuinely Approachable Sudoku (GAS) team.

Rules: Insert a number from 1 to 9 into each cell so that no number repeats in any row, column, or bold region. No two orthogonally adjacent cells can be consecutive (i.e., differ by 1).

GAS Time Standards (highlight to view): Two party hats (🎩🥳): 6:00; One party hat (🥳): 11:00. All other solvers earn a 🦕: Sentimental Seitaad.

Thomas Hits the GAS (highlight to view): 1:58, with SudokuPad replay file shared as a download for now (requires loading via settings menu with improvements expected before people should use this regularly).
