So ‘shaded’ here is either black or gray, looks like?
In the puzzle rules, only the shaded cells count up for the even row/column constraint (the light gray clue cells do not count). If you are discussing the Penpa-Edit checking, both black and dark gray colors are accepted by the solution checker but again these are the “shaded” cells in the puzzle and not the light gray clue cells.
