Rules: Standard Sudoku rules. Also, standard Skyscrapers rules.
Answer String: Enter the 3rd row from left to right, followed by a comma, followed by the 7th row from left to right.

I’m a little behind on solving, but wanted to chime in with thanks for this great puzzle, it had a very satisfying solving path for me. Each outside clue had its turn in the sequence to force some internal digits, with varying logic for each. Thanks!
