  • Duncan says:

My compliments to Serkan. The Samurai Sudoku is a true beast. Still working on it (and sadly discovered an error in my work the other day – just have to see if I can track it down!).

  • JohnJBulten says:

I just made it through this 13-grid “Samurai Samurai”, and must compliment it here. It boggles the mind how this can be constructed to yield steady progress for several hours’ time and still yearn for more work until every cell is filled. Amazing deductions, and even when I broke the grid I could recover the work by considering what I was sure of in neighboring grids, and each time a more careful solve yielded the correct unbroken answer. Amazing set of deductions, for instance constraining a digit to r15c22-24 (which became c22). The sort of solving that makes me mix up day and night. Congratulations Serkan.

Now everybody get patronage accounts please!
