Rules: Variation of Yajilin rules. Numbers indicate sum of black squares in both directions pointed to by arrows.
Answer String: Enter the length in cells of the horizontal loop segments from left to right in the marked rows, starting at the top. If the loop only has vertical segments in the marked row, enter 0. Separate each row’s entry with a comma.

Just to clarify: Does clue work only for 8th row or also for 9th row? If it works for both then it means that 8th row has 3 black squares and 9th row has 3 black squares or 8th and 9th row in total have 3 black squares?
The clue(3) works only for the 8th row.
There is no clue for the 9th row.
