Theme: Clue Symmetry and Logic

Author/Opus: This is the 124th puzzle from our contributing puzzlemaster Prasanna Seshadri.

Rules: Standard Sudoku rules. Also, the digits along the three gray strips must follow the same cyclic sequence. (For example, if 123456789 in one column, it can be 345678912 in another column.)

Answer String: Enter the 3rd row from left to right, followed by a comma, followed by the 7th row from left to right.

Time Standards (highlight to view): Grandmaster = 6:00, Master = 9:00, Expert = 18:00.
