    When solvers have problems with Statue Park, usually they are forgetting that both rotation and reflection are allowed.

      I’d really like to know where I’m messing this up, assuming that that is what is happening.

        I arrived at the solution (at least my answer was accepted). Regarding the multiple solution issue:

        Regarding the no solution/multiple solution issue (major hint):
