Theme: Five Deprived
Author/Opus: This is the 106th puzzle from Philip Newman, part of the Genuinely Approachable Sudoku (GAS) team.
Rules: Standard Sudoku rules (insert a number from 1 to 9 into each cell so that no number repeats in any row, column, or bold region). Numbers in cells directly connected on a green line must differ by at least 5. Numbers along each purple line must form a non-repeating consecutive set, in any order. (For example, a 4-cell Renban line could be 4352, but not 5679 or 2312.)
GAS Time Standards (highlight to view): Two party hats (🎩🥳): 7:30; One party hat (🥳): 15:00. All other solvers earn a 🦕: Wambly Wamweracaudia.
Thomas Hits the GAS (highlight to view): 4:13, with SudokuPad replay file shared as a download for now (requires loading via settings menu with improvements expected before people should use this regularly).
Solution: PDF and solving video with explanation from GAS team.

The Solution PDF has a mistake. Starting with the 7 in row 4 column 2 the numbers along the purple line are 7,6,4,3,5. Obviously consecutive with the 6 following the 7
Please reread the rules on Renban lines to make sure you understand this concept which is needed to solve the puzzle. The column 2 line with 76435 has a full consecutive set from 3-7. The order of these values along the line does not matter, it is the full set on the line you consider. Hopefully this helps you get into this fun puzzle.
