Author\/Opus:<\/b> This is the 112nd puzzle from Philip Newman, part of the Genuinely Approachable Sudoku (GAS<\/a>) team.<\/p>\n

Rules:<\/b> Standard Sudoku<\/a> rules (insert a number from 1 to 9 into each cell so that no number repeats in any row, column, or bold region). Additionally, each 2\u00d72 set of cells in the grid (including those sets that cross region boundaries) must contain at least one low number {1, 2, 3}, at least one medium number {4, 5, 6}, and at least one high number {7, 8, 9}. (For example, R34C34 could contain 1677 but not 2378 since there is no medium number in 2378.)<\/p>\n

GAS Time Standards (highlight to view):<\/b> Two party hats (\ud83c\udfa9\ud83e\udd73): 8:30<\/span>; One party hat (\ud83e\udd73): 18:00<\/span>. All other solvers earn a \ud83e\udd95: Chaotic Cardiodon<\/span>.<\/p>\n
