Nice puzzle, Prasanna. As usual with sudoku, I struggled quite a bit and finished after a little over an hour.
Note: The rules originally posted above say “Standard Arrow-Sudoku rules” where they should obviously say “A combination of Arrow Sudou and Thermo-Sudoku rules”.
